Context and objectives
In recent years, the work of management controllers has witnessed radical changes. Tougher market conditions, the implementation of IAS/IFRS standards, the re-enforcement of the regulatory framework regarding internal control (LSF, SOX, MIFID), the appearance of new referentials as regards risk management (COSO II, Basle II), etc. have led CEOs to look for experts capable of grasping all these elements and contributing genuine help to management: business partners with high level cross cutting skills.
The specificity of this program is its positioning which goes beyond the mono-disciplinary framework of most existing professionalization programs. Its objective is to train experts in management control, risk management and planning capable of apprehending the different aspects of the management of organizations and to rapidly access decision making positions.

Duration and organization
12 months/450 hours Twenty 3-day seminars, that is 6 days a month, including a 6 month minimum assignment in a company.
