The objective of the Specialized Master in Services & Client Relations Management is to initiate and develop:

A sandwich course

The internship or assignments in a company enable the participant to gain valuable experience with genuine responsibility in the field of services management and customer relations. This operational assignment will enable him to implement both previously acquired knowledge and newly developed competences.
