- Grant awarded by Champagne Ardenne region called "bourse Master sans frontières"
This grant is awarded on criteria of excellence to foreign students aged 27 maximum and coming to France for the first time. Its amount varies between € 4 900 and € 5 600.
Documents to be enclosed:
- A motivation letter
- A CV describing the student’s academic path accurately with results obtained and in particular his ranking compared to all the students enrolled in the concerned degree course
- A letter of recommendation from his university of origin
- The university training sought
- A reasoned opinion from the welcoming institution justifying the presentation of the dossier to the Region
- The student’s professional project
- The type of accommodation used in France ( CROUS residence, other…)
- As well as any information deemed useful for the evaluation of the dossier

 RMS Foundation, under the aegis of “La Fondation de France”, delivers scholarships to French and international candidates particularly deserving and invested in human or social actions.
